Tom McArthur, Executive Director Tom joined the Habitat staff in November of 2007after having served on the Board of Directors for 9 years and as President of the board for 2 years. Diane Trethewey, Office Manager Diane joined Habitat in 2003 as Office Manager and Bookkeeper. She also helps prepare partner families financially for homeownership. Married with 3 children and 5 grandchildren, she enjoys reading, gardening, camping, and spending time with her fabulous grandchildren. |

Becky Bateman, Grants and Communications Coordinator Becky is a Goshen College graduate. She has been working at Habitat since August 2005. She maintains the website, works on grant documentation and promotes our program. Becky is also the editor of the quarterly newsletter, HabiChat. Her hobbies include playing Ultimate Frisbee and tennis, sewing, scrapbooking, and being out in nature. |

Dave McLaughlin, Deconstruction Manager Dave was born in Pennsylvania but moved to Indiana after college to attend seminary in Winona Lake. He and his wife, Linda, have four children, two of which are married. Dave has worked at Habitat since August 2003, and before that he worked at Crown International in engineering and marketing. He also writes regional articles for the Goshen News. |

Aaron Lehman, Construction Supervisor Aaron came on board as Construction Supervisor in the Summer of 2007. He is the son of former Executive Director Chris Lehman. He is a graduate of Goshen College and Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary. He enjoys watching soccer and follows the international soccer scene pretty closely. He also enjoys playing tennis with his friends and spending time with his wife. |

Audrey Eash, Family Support Audrey joined the Habitat staff in January 2006 as an AmeriCorps member and was asked to stay on as a staff member heading up the Family Support department. She works with Partner Families during monthly meetings and provides support throughout the construction process and into the early stages of homeownership. Her newest hobby is quilting but she also enjoyse reading and singing with her sisters. |

Betty Hochstedler , Construction Coordinator joined Habitat in 2007. She works with the subcontractors and vendors on scheduling the projects. She has been involved in the construction industry for 20 years. She is married and has 2 children. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family. |
