Women Build

Through Women Build thousands of women prove they have what it takes to pound nails, frame walls, raise roofs, and create hope. Will you become one of them?

At a Women Build construction site, women provide the volunteer labor for a Habitat home from start to finish and get to experience first hand all of the aspects of a home build. No previous skill is necessary!

This year's Women Build was a tremendous experience! From April 30 - May 22, 2011, we had over 125 female volunteers come together to build a home with Jennifer Martinez and her 7 year-old daughter Isabel. The home is now complete and the Martinez family couldn't be happier!
