Application Process
Attend an Informational Meeting
These meetings are typically held twice a year throughout Elkhart County. Participants learn more about homeownership basics, the application process, and will be able to pick-up a Habitat homeownership application. Attendance at an Informational Meeting is a required step in the application process.
Complete the application
When your application is complete schedule a meeting with our Family Services Director to review it. A committee will review all of the applications and will make recommendations to the Board of Directors for approval. Once approved, the ‘process’ is done and the ‘program’ begins.
Informational Meetings
Attendance at an Informational Meeting is a required step in
the application process. Meetings are typically held once or
twice a year. After attending an informational meeting you must schedule a meeting with the Family Services Director before
the application deadline in order to submit your completed application. Follow us on Facebook or check this page for updates.
