Attendance at an Informational Meeting is a required step in the application process.

Complete the Application

When your application is complete, schedule a meeting with our Family Services Director to review it. A committee will review the applications and make recommendations to the Board of Directors for approval. Once approved, the ‘process’ is done and the ‘program’ begins.
