Winnebago Industries Women Build
What is the Women Build?
The Habitat for Humanity Women Build program recruits, educates, and encourages women to build and advocate for decent and affordable houses in our community.
Winnebago Industries Foundation
Winnebago Industries and its Indiana business units - including Winnebago, Newmar, Barletta, and Grand Design - are coming together for the 2025 Women Build.
This build brings together CommunityGo and Women's Inclusion Network (WIN) teams from each of their Indiana business units - uniting around a shared purpose: learning new skills, giving back, and strengthening our communities.
While CommunityGo focuses on creating meaningful social impact through volunteerism and local partnerships, WIN empowers women through mentorship, networking, and professional development-fostering a strong sense of belonging and growing future leaders.
Together, these teams reflect what Winnebago Industries values most: doing well by doing good.
Are you ready to build with us?
No experience is necessary. Volunteers work under the guidance of construction professionals, and also alongside other volunteers and future Habitat homeowners. Whether you are learning new skills or simply adding a few to your tool belt, this is a rewarding experience for all involved and improves the community that you share. Women helping women sends a positive and powerful message.
Not part of a team?
Whether you're signing up individually or forming a team, you're welcome to build with us beginning mid-July! Contact our Director of Volunteer Services for more information.
A Note About Men: As always, everyone is welcome to volunteer on our job site. The goal of Women Build is to empower women, not to exclude men.

The Panel Build is scheduled for
Tuesday, July 15th at Winnebago Towables.
