Legacy Giving
Unlike a cash gift, a planned gift is typically made in your estate
rather than from your disposable income and comes to fruition after
your lifetime. For many who make planned gifts, it's a way to leave

Use Your Donor-Advised Fund
If you have a donor-advised fund at a community foundation or through a company like Everence, Schwab, or Fidelity, you can make a gift to Habitat. Simply follow your fund's normal grant suggestion process and specify Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County as the grant recipient.

Donate to the ReStore
You can make a tax deductible donation to the ReStore of material goods, too. They accept new and used building materials and home furnishings from both residential areas and businesses. The ReStore offers free large item pick-up. For more information on what can and cannot be donated to the ReStore, please visit:
