Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County and Lippert Join Forces to Break Ground on
15-Home Affordable Housing Development
Elkhart, IN – April 15, 2025 – Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County and Lippert celebrated a historic milestone today with the groundbreaking of a new housing development on Homer Avenue in Elkhart, IN. This significant event marks the beginning of an exciting partnership between the two organizations, focused on providing affordable housing solutions to families in need.
The 15-home development is part of Habitat’s ongoing efforts to address the growing need for affordable housing in Elkhart County. With Lippert’s involvement, Habitat is able to accelerate the progress of the project, providing local families with the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to build better lives.
